From the Great Lock-In to Blooming Season: A Personal Shift Toward Intentional Living
Nina Wright | SEP 7, 2025
You may have heard about the Great Lock-In trend circulating on TikTok — a collective movement where people are using the rest of 2025 to go all-in on their personal growth, financial goals, health, and dreams.
The idea is to "lock in" — to reduce distractions, say no more often, and turn your focus inward instead of outward. And while I love the energy behind it, I knew I had to make it my own. I call it:
🌺 Blooming Season 🌺
This isn’t just a cute phrase. It’s a personal mantra — and a promise I’m making to myself.
Blooming Season is when you stop waiting for the perfect moment… and start nurturing what’s already within you.
It’s that sacred space between burnout and breakthrough.
The choice to water your roots instead of chasing more.
The decision to pause, align, and shine — at your own pace, in your own way.
For me, Blooming Season means:
Saying no to what drains me and yes to what sustains me
Resting without guilt
Returning to the passions that light me up
Focusing on intentional living instead of survival mode
Helping other women reclaim their worth and rewrite their story
This is not a sprint. It’s a soft bloom — the kind that happens when you give yourself permission to grow gently, radically, and authentically.
After spending years pouring into others as a Registered Nurse, Certified Life Coach, and trauma-sensitive yoga teacher — I’ve learned the hard way that you can’t pour from an empty cup. Burnout creeps in quietly, and before you know it, you’re surviving instead of thriving.
So I’m taking this season to root deeper.
To reflect. To bloom. To realign with what matters.
And I’m inviting you to do the same.
Whether you’re locking in with discipline or blooming with grace — you deserve to feel proud of the way you chose yourself this season.
I’ll be sharing more about what blooming looks like in real time:

Welcome to Blooming Season.
Let’s grow.
